We're able to provide a single or double 4 foot flourescent fixture with an electronic ballast for anyone wishing to convert from the old magnetic fixtures.  The magnetic fixtures are NOT recommended!

Although this fixture is not the most attractive, it provides the best and most economical source of full spectrum lighting.  We recommend using a 4 foot double fixture approximately 1 to 2 feet behind the cage with a timer as only a few hours of full spectrum light is required daily.  Lamps should be replaced annually but can be used as a normal light source in other fixtures until they burn out.

AND we're offering these fixture with 4 foot "full spectrum" fluorescent lamps for first time buyers.  If you would prefer to hang the fixture on the wall behind a cage we can install the plug and switch for a small service fee.

The 2 and 3 foot fixtures are also available.  We do not stock any of these fixtures therefore it will take a couple extra days to fill your order.
